Barefoot Reflexology is a personalised Professional Reflexology and Remedial Massage service.  

My vision is that everyone will benefit from the alignment of natural and orthodox treatments. 

In my new book "Going Barefoot" there is practical information on reflexology and how we can encourage wellness and the body to fall back into balance.  It's nice to know that in times of stress and life’s challenges (that we all get thrown when we least expect it) there is light at the end of the tunnel.  Reflexology is a wonderful tool to get to know what is going on in your body....if you are willing to look.
